The test is of objective type in two parts viz: Part-I and Part II consisting of 170 questions to be answered in 120 minutes.
1. Part-I consists of Technical Knowledge Test (TKT) with 120 questions having specific questions in your discipline. e.g – If you have applied for ET – Electrical then question shall be in electrical discipline.
2. Part-II consists of Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, ability to determine data sufficiency interpretation of graphs/charts/tables, numerical ability etc.
3. Both Parts I and II are compulsory and short listing for Interview is based on performance in both the parts. All questions are compulsory and carry equal marks. Wrong and multiple answers would result in negative marks of 1/4.
