M.B.B.S degree from a recognized Medical College.
Full registration either from the Medical Council of India or any of the state Medical Council after completing compulsory rotating internship.
Those who will complete the internship before 30th May 2009 and are able to produce the full registration from the MCI or any State Medical Council before 30.06.09
